25th Reunion: When & Where???

It's time to start planning the Mingus Union Class of 1985 reunion. How 25 (well 24 years) have gone by since high school is mind boggling, but I know I am looking forward to seeing the people I went to high school with and I'm ready to put that date on my calendar.

Which brings me to the point of this blog. It's time to decide when we are having our reunion and where. A possibility surfaced that everyone might want to go spend a weekend in Vegas to have our reunion rather than centering the activities in the Verde Valley. What do you think?

My personal opinion is that more people will be able to attend if we keep the activities in the Verde Valley, and I worry that a weekend in Vegas, while fun, won't afford us a lot of time to spend together and catch up on our lives. But, like many people, my primary interest is having the opportunity to see everyone again. So bottom line is whether one location or another will cause some to be more able to go than the other.
